Embrace Health and Rehab specializes in pelvic floor and obstetric physical therapy for women across the lifespan and fitness training for pregnant and post-natal clients. Pelvic floor physical therapy is a specialized type of physical therapy to help rehabilitate those experiencing problems involving the pelvis. These could vary from problems involving the bladder, bowels, organs within the pelvis, and pain including back pain, hip pain, pelvic pain, or abdominal pain. Obstetric physical therapy is the same type of therapy but for pregnant women. Pelvic conditions typically treated include:

Embrace Health and Rehab is owned and operated by Dr. Christine Klein who has been practicing orthopedic physical therapy for over 13 years and pelvic physical therapy for 5 years. She became a Board-Certified Women's Health Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties in 2018. Dr. Klein is also a certified personal trainer through NASM, National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a certified pre and post-natal coach to provide women who are pregnant or postpartum superior care to help achieve their fitness goals safely. Dr. Klein is a member of the Global Pelvic Health Alliance and is passionate about helping women recover from pelvic floor issues.
